Grace Church is dedicated to the implementation and development of quality early childhood education with a structured Christian influence. Our curriculum promotes spiritual development, ethnic and cultural diversity, service to community and respect for self and others. Our staff strives to prepare our children to get along well with others and to feel comfortable in a school-like setting.
We believe that preschool children learn best through play. Grace Church Kindergarten offers your child the opportunity to think, experiment, and discover through realistic and imaginative play. In offering this developmentally appropriate approach, each child is expected to acquire social competence and academic progress.
Established in the early 1950’s, Grace Church currently offers preschool classes for 2, 3, and 4 year old children. Each classroom has a lead teacher and assistant teacher. Classrooms are purposely kept small to provide the best possible learning environment for each child.
We offer several programs that enhance our Christian curriculum including:
- Chapel with the Rector on Tuesdays
- Spanish on Wednesdays
- Music and Movement on Thursdays.
Our preschool hours are from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. We offer extended care starting at 7:30 am each day and Lunch Bunch from 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All of our classes are offered five days a week.
